Biography:

Dr. Michel Federighi is a Professor of Food safety for over twenty years at Oniris (formerly French National Veterinary School of Nantes). He is a microbiologist specialized in the field of food science and technology, in particular for food of animal origin. He is also an expert for the french agency of safety of food (Anses) and Vice-president of French Society of Microbiology (SFM)
